Traditional RV rentals lack upscale hospitality services, with outdated interior design philosophies and the same constraints you will find in a rental car experience. We've redefined this concept. We view the vehicle as just a platform to move our Suite on Wheels, integrating 5-Star Services & Amenities that you'd expect to find at a Luxury Hotel with the Residential Comforts of your own home. All this in an EV Platform with groundbreaking technologies to enhance your experience on the road.

RollAway cuts the guesswork involved when planning where to stay for your next vacations. Getting out of the way common questions like: Will it be a safe area to stay? Is it conveniently located? Will I need to book different hotels/Airbnbs for each city? Will I need to rent a car? Will I need to plan around public transit? Instead we want you to focus on where you want to go and what you would like to experience as you begin discovering places you haven’t been before!

• When booking a RollAway Stay through our Indiegogo Crowdfunding Campaign you are paying for a guaranteed RollAway reservation at the price of the selected package. RollAway Hospitality stands by all reservations made through our crowdfunding campaign, guaranteeing a RollAway reservation for the price and length of stay listed on your selected nightly package.

• Guests who made their reservation through our crowdfunding campaign will be receiving an email from our Guest Relations team starting in early 2024 to select their dates of stay.

• You will be able to check in to your RollAway stay starting on the date listed on your selected package but you will be more than welcome to opt for a later date of your preference with no expiration date. The delivery date listed on your selected package just outlines when does the booking window start for each of the packages. All RollAway bookings are subject to date availability when selecting your dates of stay. No seasonal blockout dates apply.

Check-in & Check-out will be available from our first location in the San Francisco Bay Area with more cities coming soon.

Your furry loved ones are always welcome to RollAway’s Suites on Wheels. For Safety and Security, there will be a limit of 1 pet per room and a maximum weight of 30 pounds. A pet fee will apply.

All guests who will be driving the RollAway Electric Vans must posses a valid driver's license and must be 25 years of age or older.

At least one adult that is 25 years of age or older is required to check in and drive RollAway's Suite on Wheels. Any accompany guest riding in the passenger seat of RollAway's Van must measure at least 4'9 and be at least 8 years of age or older. RollAway vans can accommodate up to 2 guests maximum.

RollAway’s Suites on wheels are designed for you to drive and head out to those places you haven't been yet! Before the journey begins, our Concierge Team will assist you in creating a truly memorable Itinerary for your next adventure! Planning one day at a time? No Problem! A collection of curated itineraries will be available for inspiration on the onboard Hospitality On-Demand tablet.

We want you to head out there and discover places you haven't been before and to deliver the best possible experience for our guests, initially there will be no mileage restrictions for use within California. All of our Suites on Wheels can only be driven within the continental United States and must be returned to our San Francisco Bay area location at check out.

Yes!! RollAway has partnered with BrightDrop, an EV manufacturer owned by General Motors. We are leveraging this Fully Electric Van platform to build our Luxury Suites on Wheels.

The Brightdrop EV-Van provides an impressive 250 miles of range (Estimated) + DC Fast charging support for quick recharging on the road.

All RollAway’s Suites on Wheels count with DC-Fast Charging support for quick recharging on the road! Our Brightdrop EV-Vans can charge at a Maximum Rate of 170 Miles per Hour. Charging speeds may vary depending on the type of charger you use and the battery percentage left at the moment of recharging. For example, at a DC-Fast Charger, our EV-Vans can gain up to 85 miles of range in as little as 30 minutes!

All RollAway Suites on Wheels will have a full battery at check-in, you will be able to connect the vehicle to almost any EV Chargers on the road, except Tesla chargers. However it is probable that Brightdrop might start supporting Tesla charging connectors in 2025.
