Prior to that, Waldy led Guest Services Operations at the prestigious Ultra-Luxury Rosewood Hotel Group. For over 6 years, he spearheaded Front Office & Housekeeping Operations at The Walt Disney World Resort, where he was a driving force behind a diverse portfolio of large-scale Hotels and Resorts, ranging from Luxury Hotels to Campground Resorts, Family Resorts, and Convention Hotels.

Notably, it was during his tenure at Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground Resort that Waldy gained invaluable insights into the diverse needs his guests would have across different accommodations, particularly those utilizing Recreational Vehicles for travel or as their permanent residences. Today, his visionary outlook proves instrumental as we introduce an alternate lodging category poised to revolutionize the Hospitality Industry.

Waldy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and holds a Master’s degree in International Hotel Management from the renown Les Roches Global Hospitality Education.
